1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ZiriuZ FlyFF. If you are under the legal age of majority in your country, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your login details secure. You may not share, sell, trade, or transfer your account.

ZiriuZ FlyFF staff will never ask for your password. Any account activity performed through your account is your responsibility.

3. Code of Conduct

When using ZiriuZ FlyFF, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, insult, or abuse other players or staff.
• Use hate speech, racism, sexism, or discriminatory language.
• Spam, flood, advertise, or disrupt chat channels.
• Impersonate staff members or other players.
• Share private information about other users.
• Abuse support systems, reports, or ticket channels.

4. Cheating, Exploits, and Third-Party Programs

Cheating is strictly prohibited. This includes bots, macros, packet editing, hacks, modified clients, automation tools, bypass tools, or any software that gives an unfair advantage.

Exploiting bugs, duplicating items, abusing unintended mechanics, or hiding known exploits from staff may result in account suspension, permanent ban, item removal, or other corrective action.

5. Donations and Virtual Items

Donations are voluntary contributions to support the operation and development of ZiriuZ FlyFF. Donation rewards, points, virtual currency, and virtual items have no real-world cash value.

All donations are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent transactions may result in temporary or permanent account suspension while the issue is investigated.

6. Virtual Currency and Game Content

All characters, items, currency, accounts, rankings, achievements, and game data remain part of ZiriuZ FlyFF systems. You receive a limited permission to use these features while your account is active and in good standing.

ZiriuZ FlyFF may modify, remove, reset, rebalance, or adjust game content at any time for balance, security, maintenance, or server health.

7. Real-Money Trading

Selling accounts, items, currency, characters, or services for real money outside official ZiriuZ FlyFF systems is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by staff in writing.

8. Staff Decisions and Enforcement

ZiriuZ FlyFF staff may investigate reports, review logs, remove items, mute users, suspend accounts, or permanently ban accounts when rules are violated.

Staff decisions are made to protect the community and server environment. Appeals may be submitted through official support channels.

9. Service Availability

ZiriuZ FlyFF may experience maintenance, updates, downtime, bugs, crashes, data issues, or service interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website, game server, or related services.

10. User Content

Any content you submit through ZiriuZ FlyFF services, including messages, screenshots, suggestions, bug reports, forum posts, or Discord messages, must follow our rules.

By submitting feedback or suggestions, you allow ZiriuZ FlyFF to use them for improving the server without compensation.

11. Intellectual Property

ZiriuZ FlyFF is an unofficial fan project. FlyFF and related trademarks, names, and assets belong to their respective owners.

ZiriuZ FlyFF does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks or official FlyFF intellectual property.

12. Privacy

Your use of ZiriuZ FlyFF is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how account and website information may be collected and used.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to ZiriuZ FlyFF at any time if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, harm the community, attempt fraud, or compromise server security.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ZiriuZ FlyFF and its team are not responsible for loss of data, account access, virtual items, currency, rankings, donations, service interruptions, or other damages related to the use of the website, game, or community services.
